Working on Halloween projects today before an afternoon family shoot.
Steph and I got up this morning and had coffee while Ingrid helped us plan out our day.
Ingrid mentioned a Halloween family drawing and a collage....so we knocked 'em both out.
Steph is also working on some stuff....she should start a blog; that witch has got some talent....

What can I say....this was a fun senior portrait shoot.
First off, Alan is such a nice guy. It was cool meeting him.
Second of all, my first time photographing a goat. Her name is Misty.
Anyway, Alan has a lot going for him; and it was fun to capture his senior year.

Vacation was awesome. It felt good to get away; but Steph and I missed Ingrid like crazy; wow.
We went to The Loop - in STL. I recommend. The Moonrise Hotel alone is worth it; not to mention the shops and diners.
We also went to Six Flags; Fright Fest was going on. Basically a few scary workers and more than a few annoying teenagers...
Shots from Minolta SRT and Canon Powershot.

I came across a few photos I never posted from last year. I think I'll start a new series on the blog where I post a few 'forgotten' photos from my archive.
When I shoot film, I have a print that I put in albums or post in frames, but with digital photography, many photos get looked over and never printed; that's why Steph and I try and go through our photos once a month or so and make a print order.
Because I've found two things to be true: 1. Nothing beats film. 2. A digital photo looks better in print than on a computer monitor.

I had a lot of fun shooting these senior photos of Christian. He is a cool dude.
I think he is going to be on Glee or an AE ad.
